Known for its bold beef character and juicy texture, this steak delivers depth and richness while maintaining balance — a true expression of Wagyu quality.
Each strip steak is hand-cut and graded by marbling, allowing you to choose the experience that best fits your preference. Steaks are cut at 1 3/4 inches thick and average 12-14 ounces. The two pack will average 1.6 pounds.
