Wagyu Ribeye

Exceptionally rich and unapologetically indulgent, our Wagyu Ribeye is cut from one of the most celebrated sections of the animal and raised with patience from start to finish. Known for its generous marbling and bold beef flavor, this steak delivers intense juiciness, buttery texture, and full-throttle Wagyu character — the cut that made Wagyu famous for a reason.  

Each ribeye is hand-cut and graded by marbling, allowing you to choose the experience that best fits your preference.  Steaks are cut at 1 3/4 inches thick.  Each 2-pack averages 2 pounds, please expect a weight variance of +/- .2 lb.

Care Instruction:

  • Store meat in the refrigerator at or below 40°F (4°C).
  • Keep meat tightly sealed to prevent contamination.
  • Freeze if not using within 2-3 days.
  • Thaw meat in the refrigerator or under cold water for best results.
