Exceptionally rich and deeply flavorful, our Wagyu Brisket is cut from a hardworking section of the animal and raised with patience from start to finish. Known for its bold beef character and generous fat content, this brisket delivers incredible juiciness and tenderness when cooked low and slow — the kind of cut that rewards time, smoke, and respect.

Each brisket is hand-cut and graded by marbling, allowing you to choose the experience that best fits your preference.  We have two sizes available.  The "Weeknight Brisket" averages 3.5 lbs. and the "Family Brisket" averages 4.5 lbs.

Our cattle are farm-raised without shortcuts, allowing natural marbling, tenderness, and flavor to develop over time. Each cut is hand-selected and prepared to meet the standards we expect for our own table.

This is beef raised the right way — consistent, honest, and uncompromising.

Care Instruction:

  • Store meat in the refrigerator at or below 40°F (4°C).
  • Keep meat tightly sealed to prevent contamination.
  • Freeze if not using within 2-3 days.
  • Thaw meat in the refrigerator or under cold water for best results.

Due to USDA regulations, we cannot accept returns of raw meat. However, if your order arrives damaged, compromised, or does not meet our quality standards, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
