Exceptionally beef-forward and naturally tender when prepared correctly, our Wagyu Flank Steak is cut from a hardworking section of the animal and raised with patience from start to finish. Known for its bold flavor and loose grain, this cut delivers intense beef character with refined Wagyu richness — a versatile steak that rewards proper technique.

Each flank steak is hand-cut and graded by marbling, allowing you to choose the experience that best fits your preference.  Average weight is 1.5 lbs.

Care Instruction:

  • Store meat in the refrigerator at or below 40°F (4°C).
  • Keep meat tightly sealed to prevent contamination.
  • Freeze if not using within 2-3 days.
  • Thaw meat in the refrigerator or under cold water for best results.
